Watch: Violence and vandalism rocks Pakistan as police enters Imran Khan’s house

Violence and vandalism rocked Pakistan’s Lahore city on Saturday with local police entering the home of the country’s former Prime Minister Imran Khan and clashing with supporters of his Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party.

Shocking scenes emerged from Khan’s Zaman Park residence even as he was on his way to appear for a court hearing in Islamabad.

Videos of police entering the house after bulldozing the main gate and clashing with PTI supporters have now gone viral on social media.

It was said that only servants and Imran’s wife Bushra Bibi were present in the house when the clashes took place.

Meanwhile, it was also reported that one of the dozens of cars in Khan’s convoy overturned as he was on his way to appear in court in the Toshakhana case.

According to Pakistani media, a total of 94 cases have been registered against the PTI chief so far.
