Shortly after the Prime Minister left, the impersonator arrived at the entrance and after talking briefly to journalists walked into the meeting venue.
He claimed he was Howard X and said he had made headlines earlier as well by impersonating the dictator, including at the 2018 US-North Korea summit in Singapore.
The police are reported to be investigating the matter.
