Viral Video: Man pushes woman on railway tracks as train approaches

CCTV footage shows a horrifying incident in which a young man deliberately pushes a woman on the tracks in front of an oncoming train at a metro station in Brussels, the capital of Belgium.</p>

Fortunately, the woman had a miraculous escape as the alert train driver exhibited extraordinarily quick reflexes to slam the emergency brakes in the nick of time to save her. </p>

The Brussels' public prosecutor's office said the culprit who ran away after committing the crime was arrested at another metro station and has been charged with attempted homicide, according to a report in the  <a href="https://www.brusselstimes.com/201647/woman-pushed-onto-tracks-in-front-of-brussels-metro">The Brussels Times</a>.newspaper.  </p>
