US President Joe Biden was recorded on a live microphone on Monday calling a Fox News journalist a "stupid son of a bitch" at a press briefing in the White House.
As journalists were leaving the room after the event, a reporter from pro-Republican TV channel Fox News asked the US President whether inflation is a political liability.

The Democratic leader, unaware that his microphone was still on, began by saying, "It's a great asset. More inflation."
And then muttered under his breadth: "What a stupid son of a bitch."
Peter Doocy, the Fox News reporter did not hear the words at the time amid the noise. He later disclosed that Biden had called him within the hour and said: "It's nothing personal, pal."
