Quinton Burns claims that at least four characters, including Rosita, ignored his five-year-old daughter during a meet-and-greet event at the Philadelphia park because she was black, the CNN report stated.

A woman, named Jodi Brown, posted a video on her Instagram handle showing a costume character greeting white kids after which the person deliberately ignores two black girls waiting for a high-five and a hug. Jodi said the two girls were her daughters.

Jodi Brown's lawyer told to The Guardian last week, said that the woman's family was appalled and disturbed by the incident and "the injuries propagated to their children".

The amusement park had apologised after the incident and claimed that the actor inside the Rosita suit couldn't see the girl due to the costume's limited field of vision.
