The new variants Altroz XM and Altroz XM(S) have been priced at Rs 6.9 lakhs and Rs 7.35 lakhs, respectively (ex-showroom Delhi)
The XM variant comes equipped with steering-mounted controls, a driver seat height adjuster, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, and 16-inch full-wheel covers.
The XM(S) version gets the same features in addition to an electric sunroof.
Tata has also announced that the Altroz will now come with rear power windows and remote keyless entry as a standard feature across the Petrol MT variants.
Altroz is offered with two petrol engine options–a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol unit, a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol version and a 1.5-litre diesel variant.
The 1.2-litre petrol engine delivers a peak power of 87 BHP and 115 Nm torque while the 1.2-litre turbo-petrol puts out 108 BHP and 140 Nm.
The 1.5-litre diesel version generates a peak power of 89 BHP and 200 Nm torque.
Transmission options include a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic.
The car is also available with a factory-fitted CNG option.
