Amid the unprecedented Covid 19 crisis in India, the US government will redirect from its own supplies 20 million doses of Astrazeneca vaccines. First 2 planes carrying US Covid Aid have landed in India today and third will reach on May 3. The development comes days after the US promised to make available 60 million doses of AstraZeneca Covid vaccine to other countries within two months. Washington will also be supplying from its own stock 36 millipore filters for manufacturing of 500,000 doses of Covishield vaccines in India.</p>
