In his first live interview with the BBC, UK's Secret Service Intelligence Chief, Richard Moore, has made a startling warning for the democratic world order. The chief of spy agency warned of China's 'debt traps and data traps' which is slowly eroding sovereignty of other nations, in light of Uganda losing its airport assets due to failure to repay $200 million loan.</p>
