Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has rolled out &lsquo;Special Assistance Scheme for COVID Mortalities &ndash; SASCM (&#2360;&#2325;&#2381;&#2359;&#2350;) by handing over the grant of Scholarship and Pension certificates to the children and the members of the COVID-19 affected families.
