A Pakistani radical, Harvinder Singh Sandhu alias Rindha Sandhu and a pro-Khalistan terrorist from Germany, Jaswinder Singh Multani are the main accused for the blast inside the sessions court in Punjab’s Ludhiana. Sheltered by terrorist groups in Pakistan by Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), Sandhu was tasked to carry out terror attacks to destabilize Punjab ahead of assembly elections.
