Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired the 23rd Summit of the SCO Council of Heads of State virtually. In his opening remarks, PM Modi said that we see SCO as not only an extended neighborhood but an extended family. India under the chairmanship of SCO has organized 140 events in different areas. Talking about terrorism, the Prime Minister said, “Decisive actions are necessary to fight terrorism.
