Bateshwar complex is spread over 10 hectares of land. It is situated in the ravines of Chambal near Morena district of Madhya Pradesh and comprises nearly 200 Hindu temples. The shrines of Bateshwar temple complex are dedicated to Lord Shiva, Vishnu and Goddess Shakti.&nbsp;</p>

This historical temple complex was long forgotten and badly damaged with time. KK Muhammed, then superintendent, Bhopal circle of ASI took the responsibility of restoring it to its original glory in 2005.
