In October 2020, India secretly commissioned a top-secret specialized ocean surveillance warship called INS Dhruv. It is a research vessel and missile range instrumentation ship. Built by India&#39;s Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL), India&#39;s largest Shipyard, it can track missiles including nuclear missiles, giving an early warning if any country launches a missile against India.
