The Director Generals of Military Operations of India and Pakistan on Thursday signed an agreement to cease firing along the Line of Control (LoC). Residents of border areas in the Uri Sector in Baramulla are very happy about the development as they can now lead normal lives. Ceasefire violations, cross-LoC firings, and shelling are responsible for causing difficulties in the lives of people living along the border. Finally with this Indo Pak ceasefire agreement, the border area residents can lead a peaceful life of normalcy.</p>
