A live heart was transported from Mysuru&#39;s Apollo BGS Hospital to Bengaluru&#39;s Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospital covering 176 kilometres in 2 hours 25 minutes after a green corridor was provided by Bengaluru Police. Two ambulances were used in the process – one carrying live heart and the other as a backup. The organ was donated by a 40-year-old brain dead patient.</p>
