Manoj Sinha, Lieutenant Governor, Jammu and Kashmir said that Jammu and Kashmir is heading towards a new era of development and prosperity as per a statement issued by Raj Bhavan on Monday. Development and progress efforts in Kashmir are being lauded globally. In February, foreign envoys from several European Union countries, called the progress in Jammu And Kashmir &lsquo;Impressive&rsquo;, after visiting the valley to take its first-hand account of the situation. Recently, Saudi Gazette also praised the Indian Government&rsquo;s efforts to channelise J&amp;K youth towards nation building with academic scholarships and sports opportunities.</p>
