India’s ‘Highest’ Herbal Park Near Indo-China Border At 11000 Ft

Located in Mana village in Uttarakhand's Chamoli district, the region can boast of having the country's highest herbal park near the Indo-China border. The main aim of the herbal park, according to Sanjiv Chaturvedi, Chief Conservator of Forests (Research), is to “conserve various medicinally and culturally important alpine species, and facilitate a study on the propagation of these species, as well as their ecology.” Watch to know more.</p>
