India&#39;s COVID-19 drive crosses 750 million doses and is expected to touch 40% of total population by December. Lauding the effort, the World Health Organisation (WHO) congratulated the country with the global health body&#39;s South-East Asia regional director Dr Poonam Khetrapal Singh calling it an &lsquo;unprecedented pace.&rsquo; She further said in a tweet, &ldquo;While it took 85 days to administer the first 100 million (10 crore) doses, India reached 750 million (75 crore) doses from 650 million (65 crore) in just 13 days&rdquo;.
