Most of us know about Lutyens’ Delhi, an area in the heart of the national capital named after the British architect Sir Edwin Lutyens who is known for the architectural design and building of New Delhi during the British Raj.   Indian builders of New Delhi like Sobha Singh, Baisakha Singh, Narain Singh, Dharam Singh and Seth Haroun were somehow not given their due to build the capital city.
