India has successfully tested the Indigenous Technology Cruise Missile developed by Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), off the coast of Odisha's Balasore district. This missile test is part of India's vision to become a self-reliant and capable defence technology country and ease reliance on foreign defence purchasing.
