DRDO ‘Akash Prime’ Missile Successfully Tested By India & To Be Deployed At Ladakh

India's Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) successfully tested a new version of Akash Surface to Air missile. Called 'Akash Prime', this new version intercepted and destroyed an unmanned aerial target to showcase its ability to shoot down enemy aircraft. In comparison to the existing Akash System, Akash Prime is equipped with an indigenous active Radio Frequency seeker for improved accuracy. Watch to know more</p>
