Javed Shah, a Kashmiri political analyst and writer speaks with India Narrative on the Gupkar Alliance and the DDC elections. With the results of the panchayat election coming out, Shah states the Gupkar Alliance is up to their old tactics. The Roshni Land Scam has also put a spanner in the works for them.
