America's top Pandemic Expert and White House Chief Medical Adviser Dr Anthony Fauci on Tuesday said Covaxin, India’s home-grown vaccine is found to neutralise the 617 variants of Covid 19. Developed by Hyderabad-based Bharat Biotech in partnership with National Institute of Virology and the Indian Council of Medical Research, India's Covaxin works by teaching the immune system to make antibodies against the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.
