External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has said that China has not observed agreements on the border issue which has 'disturbed' the foundation of bilateral ties. Answering to a question on India-China relations at the Primakov Institute of World Economy & International Relations in Moscow, he said that India has maintained a very stable relation with China since the last 40 years but there has been a lot of concern about the relationship lately.
