After failing to dislodge the Indian Army from the high tops of Ladakh, China is now turning in muddying the waters by building dams in Tibet from where water flows out towards India. By constructing numerous dams, CCP is ensuring a drought like situation in India and gaining an upper hand in future dealings with New Delhi.
