With rise in COVID 19 cases and shortage of ICU beds in Kashmir valley, the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has started construction of a 500-oxygen bed COVID-19 hospital in Budgam. It is likely to be completed in about 35 days&rsquo; time. The hospital will cover both Budgam and Srinagar.</p>
