Three writers from the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir have won the prestigious Sahitya Akademi award for their work in literary field. Raj Rahi&rsquo;s short stories book in Dogri, titled &lsquo;Namme Tunnel&rsquo;, Khalid Hussain&rsquo;s short stories in Punjabi `Sullan Da Salan&rsquo; and Aseer Kashtawari&rsquo;s literary criticism in Kashmiri language, &lsquo;Tawazum&#39; have won this prestigious award.</p>
