WATCH: World’s first flying bike makes debut in US

The wilds first flying bike manufactured by Japanese startup AERQINS Technologies made its debut in the United States at the Detroit Auto Show on Thursday, according to a report by leading news agency Reuters.

A video of the hoverbike shows it taking off from the ground with the rider in its seat giving a demonstration of its flying much like a Star Wars scene.

The bike can fly for 40 minutes and touches a speed of 62 miles per hour. The hoverbike is already on sale in Japan and is expected to hit the US market in the beginning of next year.
