Gul Panag seeks ‘Master's degree in exercising in confined spaces’

Keeping oneself fit during the lockdown is a challenge, which some people have taken seriously. Actress Gul Panag is one of them. She says she wants a Master's degree in exercising in confined spaces.

She recently appeared in the Amazon Prime Video show ‘Paatal Lok.’

Taking to Instagram, she said, "I'm getting another Master's. This one is in exercising in confined spaces, in small windows of time whilst child is constantly sitting on you."

Earlier, Panag had had that she was trying keep herself and her little son fit during the lockdown by cutting down on sugar.

"I have been largely off sugar since the lockdown–by default… And we haven't introduced Nihal [her son] to sugar yet.”

She also wrote, "I do have dahi cheeni (1 tsp) every night though. No real need for it. So I am up for this challenge (21 day no sugar).".
