In a daring rescue mission, Indian Air Force helicopters evacuated five personnel of the UT Disaster Relief Force who were stranded in Ladakh’s narrow Markha Valley.
According to PRO (Defence) Leh, the IAF’s single-engine helicopters flew in uncharted territory and narrow valleys without any flat terrain or feature to land on.
