Three Eternal Flames for war memorials at Siachen, Rezang La and Drass have begun their journey from Leh and reach their respective destinations on June 1.

In a tribute to the bravehearts of the Indian Army, the Eternal Flames were flagged off by the GOC of the Indian Army’s Fire and Fury Corps.

Earlier this week, a motorcycle expedition comprising personnel of Ladakh Scouts was also flagged-off from the National War Memorial in New Delhi as a tribute to fallen soldiers and in commemoration of the Diamond Jubilee of the regiment.

The Zedang Sumpa Battalion of the Ladakh Scouts Regiment has undertaken the bike expedition from National War Memorial to Leh War Memorial.
