WATCH: Doctor removes 23 contact lenses stuck in woman’s eye

A doctor removed as many as 23 contact lenses that had got stuck in a woman’s eye because the patient surprisingly “forgot” to remove them at night for 23 days in a row before going to bed.

A video of the removal procedure of the contact lenses posted by Dr Katerina Kurteeva on her Instagram page on September 13 has gone viral. The video shows the doctor carefully removing all the 23 contact lenses. The patient can be heard saying, “I don’t believe this.”
