Viral Video: US President Biden appears lost after speech fuelling buzz on his fitness

A new video that has gone viral appears to show US President Joe Biden lost after a speech. Mr Biden was at the office of the  Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) on Thursday where he praised its handling of Hurricane Ian. After finishing his speech, Mr Biden turned right and moved unexpectedly towards the crowd. An official is heard saying “Mr President” but he ignores her voice.

He is then seen shaking hands with the people present at the office with US Secret Service agents quickly following him.

The incident took place merely a day after he called out a Congresswoman who died recently. He addressed her as though she were still alive.

Last week, too, the US President appeared lost on stage after delivering an address at an event on Wednesday. After addressing the Global Fund’s Seventh Replenishment Conference in New York After his address, he turned to leave, but stopped and looked lost.  Biden appeared to be wondering if he had to get down from the podium.

Most of the videos have been shared by RNC Research managed by the rival Republican National Committee.

The Republic Party has been building up a campaign over the issue of President Biden being too old to govern and that his cognitive abilities were on the decline.
