A touching video of a policeman and two other men using a rope to rescue a dog stranded at a dam with water gushing around dangerously has gone viral.

The dog is scared and crying for help. One of the men goes down the steep slope of the dam with the help of a rope. The dog is gripped with fear and not able to move from the spot, but the man coaxes him to come closer and then reaches out and lifts the animal out of the water.
