Five people were injured as a speeding water tanker rammed into them in a busy market in southeast Delhi, according to the local police.

CCTV footage of the incident shows the tanker entering the Badarpur market and hitting a group of people and some vegetable carts before coming to a stop. Some people are also seen jumping aside in the nick of time to save themselves as the tanker hurtles towards them.
According to police, the incident took place on Tuesday evening.
The owner of the tanker has been detained. However, the driver is on the run and the police have launched a man-hunt for him.
