Delhi Police's special cell on Tuesday nabbed a Pakistan-based terrorist in the city, averting a major terror attack on Navratri in the capital. The terrorist, Mohammad Asraf alias Ali, was arrested from Laxmi Nagar's Ramesh Park area. He was living with a fake ID as an Indian national in Delhi's Shastri Nagar.</p>

China’s military on Monday said it had carried out beach landing and assault drills in the province directly across the sea from Taiwan.
