Salman Khan imports bulletproof Nissan Patrol SUV after threats from Lawrence Bishnoi gang

Salman Khan has bought a huge bulletproof Nissan Patrol SUV to beef up his security following recent threats to his life from the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

The Bollywood superstar was recently spotted travelling in the mammoth bulletproof SUV in Mumbai.

Nissan Patrol is the Japanese company’s most expensive SUV sold in several countries and is popular among the rich in the Gulf nations. The SUV is not sold in India as yet and Salman is reported to have imported the vehicle. The SUV is priced at around Rs 46 lakh.

The new Nissan Patrol comes with a massive 5.6-litre V8 petrol engine that delivers a power-packed maximum 405 hp and 560 Nm of peak torque. The engine comes mated with a 7-speed automatic gearbox.

This is Khan’s second fully bulletproof car after the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado SUV which the actor has been using.
