Black panthers, though rare, can be seen in Karnataka&rsquo;s&nbsp; Kabini Wildlife Sanctuary as well as Anshi Dandeli Sanctuary in the state and at Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve of Tamil Nadu.</p>
