Railway cop’s prompt action saves youth from being crushed by train at Chhattisgarh’s Bhatapara station

<p>
Prompt action by an alert constable of the Railway Protection Force saved the life of a youth who slipped while attempting to board a running train at Bhatapara railway station in Chhattisgarh.</p>

The CCTV footage of the incident that took place on June 18 shows the constable running alongside the train while holding the youngster to prevent him from being crushed between the moving train and the platform.</p>
<p>
The brave RPF constable has been identified as Rupak Kumar.</p>
<p>
The Railway authorities have been requesting people not to board running trains but such careless incidents appear to be still happening.</p>
