India’s first cable-stayed railway bridge in J&K to be completed in Dec

India’s first cable-stayed railway bridge coming up in Jammu and Kashmir will be completed in December this year.</p>
<p>
Anji Khad Bridge is located in Reasi district above the Anji river and will link Katra with Reasi.  The engineering marvel is a part of the challenging Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Railway Link through the Himalayas at high altitudes.</p>
<p>
Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw took to social media to share the latest photos of the engineering marvel. "A future-ready Nation's first cable-stayed rail bridge, Anji Khad bridge connecting #Kashmir," he tweeted.</p>
