Horrifying CCTV footage of a hit-and-run case on Janpath in the heart of New Delhi, shows a speeding SUV running over a pedestrian and driving away.

The incident took place today morning and the 39-year-old pedestrian died on the spot, police said.

Police have launched a hunt for the vehicle and the driver.
