Caught in Camera: Stalker’s car drags DCW chief Swati Maliwal on Delhi road

A day after Delhi Commission for Women chairperson Swati Maliwal alleged that she was molested by a drunk man, a horrifying video of the incident has surfaced.  The culprit approaches Swati Maliwal and offers to give her lift. She refuses after which he returns again. When she refuses the second time again, he is seen dragging her by his car for 10-15 metres outside AIIMS, with her hand stuck in the vehicle’s window.

The DCW chairperson said she was inspecting the state of women security in Delhi along with her team, in the wake of the incident in which a 20-year-old woman was dragged to death while trapped under a car in Delhi.

The team accompanying Maliwal was stationed in the vicinity.
