On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Border Security Force (BSF) jawans performed yoga on the famous ‘Sam’ Sand Dunes of Jaisalmer on Friday.
Soldiers from the BSF’s 154th Battalion also performed yoga at the posts along the Indo-Pak border in Jaisalmer.

The natural beauty and peaceful environment of Sam Sand Dunes made this yoga session even more special. All the participants performed yoga together, which was a unique display of unity and discipline.
The main objective of this event was to increase awareness about the physical and mental benefits of yoga among the jawans, officers and the general public, said BSF DIG Jaisalmer (Sector South) Vikram Kunwar.
The jawans and officers of BSF displayed excellent discipline and dedication in this Yoga Day event. Their interest and commitment made this event a great success.
“Through this grand event on International Yoga Day, we have tried to promote the importance of yoga among our jawans, officers and the general public living in the border area.
