Delhi Police carried out a parikrama (a round) of Gurdwara Bangla Sahib Gurudwara on their patroling bikes as a mark of respect towards the Gurdwara for providing food to nearly one lakh people on daily basis amid Covid-19 pandemic.

A team of police personnel led by DCP Eish Singhal completed a round of the Gurdwara to express gratitude to the management committee for their commitment and support in fighting coronavirus in the country's capital.
The policemen also prepared langar (community kitchen) with volunteers to mark solidarity with the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC).

Manjinder Singh Sirsa, president of DSGMC, honoured the police personnel and also posted a video of their visit on social media which was appreciated by many, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
