Shah Rukh Khan & Katrina Kaif test positive for COVID-19 as cases surge in Mumbai

<p>
Shah Rukh Khan became the latest Bollywood star to test positive for COVID-19 on Sunday. Katrina Kaif had also tested positive for coronavirus  recently.</p>
<p>
She had to cancel her trip to the IIFA 2022 ceremony where her husband Vicky Kaushal received the best actor award.</p>
<p>
COVID-19 cases have been surging in Mumbai. Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan had also tested positive on Saturday, a week after Akshay Kumar who cancelled his visit to the India Pavilion at the Cannes Film Festival due to the infection.</p>
<p>
Mumbai reported 961 fresh cases of coronavirus on Sunday which constitutes 60% of the 1,400 Covid-19 cases reported in Maharashtra.</p>
