A 28-year-old man died of excessive bleeding in Andhra Pradesh after two pharmacy college students tried to carry out an intercourse reassignment surgery on him with the help of a YouTube video.</p>

The illegal operation, involving elimination of the reproductive parts, was carried out in a room at a private hotel in Nellore on Thursday.&nbsp; The victim who wanted to change his sex had got in touch with the accused on social media.</p>

The culprits fled the spot after the victim died. The body was discovered in the room by the hotel staff who informed the police. A manhunt was launched for the accused and they were finally arrested, police said.</p>

The police said the victim from Kamepally village died due to excessive bleeding and an overdose of medicines.</p>
<p>
The deceased was a divorcee and had been in touch with a transgender from Visakhapatnam through social media. The two were in touch with the accused on WhatsApp.</p>
<p>
The pharmacy students lured the victim by offering him to carry out the surgery at an affordable cost, according to the police.</p>
