India Meteorological Department has warned of widespread rainfall interspersed with spells of heavy rainfall in Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana today.
The details of the weather office forecast are:
*Fairly widespread rainfall with isolated heavy rainfall very likely over Coastal Karnataka during 15th to 19th; over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Kerala on 15th, 18th & 19th July; Interior Karnataka on 18th & 19th July.
*Heavy to very Heavy rainfall over Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh & Uttar Pradesh likely to continue during next 4 days and decrease thereafter.
*West India: Light/moderate widespread rainfall with isolated heavy to very heavy rainfall very likely to continue over Konkan & Goa, ghat areas of Maharashtra during next 5 days and Gujarat on 19th July.
