A Sikh bus driver from West Bromwich in England has become a viral singing sensation – thanks to his feel-good music video all about the team spirit in his multiracial job environment, according to a BBC report.
The theme of the song dwells on social harmony and team spirit in Singh’s multiracial workplace that includes whites, black and Asian employees. It also mentions how women are an equally respected part of his job environment.
Ranjit Singh, 59, wanted to show his family in India what he did for a living so he made a film with some of his colleagues, including white men and women at National Express, according to the BBC.
The music video, sung in Punjabi has amassed thousands of views across social media sites and has received a flurry of positive comments, the BBC report said.
