Watch: Rohit Sharma reduced to tears after humiliating loss in T20 World Cup semi-final

Video footage shows India captain Rohit Sharma broke down in the dugout after the humiliating loss to England in the semifinal of the T20 World Cup semi-final.  Chief coach Rahul Dravid is reported to have later come to console over the heartbreaking loss.

The Indian bowlers failed to take a single wicket as England openers Jos Butler and Alex Hales surpassed India’s total of 168 runs with four overs to spare at the Adelaide Oval in Australia.

Alex Hales hit 86 not out off 47 balls and Jos Buttler scored unbeaten 80 off 49 balls as England chased down a 169-run target vs India in 16 overs at the Adelaide Oval on Thursday. Earlier, Hardik Pandya’s 33-ball 63 and Virat Kohli’s 50 steered India to 168 for 6.

England will now play Pakistan in the final of the World Cup.
