Videos posted by Dr. Fahrettin Koca, the Turkish Health Minister on Twitter, showing these acts have gone viral.
In a neonatal unit in southern Turkey, nurses rushed to save babies in their incubators by holding onto them to prevent them from sliding or turning over.
